Login and select RENEW.How much does it cost, and what are your payment options?
$6 per year. MC/Visa/Amex/Discover issues by US bank participating in address verification, or PayPal. International customers must use PayPal.Can I pay by mail?
No. To keep prices low, everything must go through our automated payment & record keeping systems.Do you have a free ad-supported version?
No. For one, people who are trying to avoid spam may also want to avoid advertising of other kinds. We have no objection to meaningful advertising, but there is already plenty of it on the net. Also, current business conditions are not providing reliable internet ad revenue. And finally, the $6 price is probably trivial to anyone who has a computer, an ISP and a web site. What happens when my account expires?
We'll retain your account information for about 30 days for formerly paid accounts, possibly much less for trial accounts, and people who attempt to send you a contact message will be given your last recorded email address. After that we may delete your account, and a message "service not set up" will be displayed when your link is used. We may or MAY NOT send you a reminder that your account has expired, other than "days remaining" notices placed in contact messages, so if you don't get many messages you will have to remember your renewal date, or put a reminder in your calendar. How can I include a custom logo if I don't have a web site?
Your internet service provider makes available web space for you to upload files. Ask them how to use it. If you need help producing a compact high quality jpeg or gif image for web use, or need a logo designed, we recommend OhioGraphics.com.I'm getting errors like missing password, account not set up, etc. What's wrong?
(1) Wait until the edit pages completely load and fill in before you click submit button.
(2) Be sure Javascript is enabled, or try a different browser.
(3) Be sure you are typing your user name and password correctly.I had a trial account some time ago, and now I cannot verify my email address in a new account?
You can renew the trial account, making it paid, and then change the name of it to whatever you want for your new account. What if I forgot my password or user name?
(1) If you remember your user name, check the 'mail me my password' box on the login screen.
(2) If you forgot your user name, look in any embedded links you have for the MEMBID parameter.
(3) If you didn't save any embedded links, and you have a TRIAL account, just open another one. If the other one uses the same email address, you will be told your original user name as part of the error message. If not the old account will expire, don't worry about it.
(4) If you have a PAID account and forgot your user name, use our contact form to write us, giving your full name and address, the approximate date you paid, and the credit card information you think you used. If the information matches, we'll send your user name. How do I contact you with additional questions?
First read all the pages on this site. There are only 3 or 4, it's not that complicated. Then try to figure it out for yourself. In the process of doing this, you will find the link to our contact form. You'll probably also find the answer to your question. We love to hear from users, just don't want to be overwhelmed. After all, that's the whole idea behind contact links! Thanks for trying our Contact-Link service !
